Controller of personal data:

The controller of personal data, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of April 27, 2016 (EU Official Journal, L No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR” and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws [DzU] 2018.1000) – is ZNICZPLAST SP. Personal data are processed in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws [DzU] No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

Purpose and basis of data processing:

Personal data are processed by the administrator to answer questions sent via the contact form or e-mail or the e-mail address provided pursuant to Article 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Type of data processed:

a/ name, surname, business name
b/ e-mail address
Providing personal data is voluntary, but indispensable to answer the question asked via the contact form.

Recipients of personal data:

Personal data may be made available to the following entities:
a/ providing accounting, legal or advisory services to the controller;
b/ supporting IT systems;
c/ state authorities or other entities authorised under the law, upon their request, in order to perform the obligations incumbent on the controller.

Data retention period:

Personal data are stored no longer than is necessary to answer the inquiry sent via the contact form.
Personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be processed until the consent is revoked.

Rights in relation to the transferred data:

The data subject has the right to:

a/ access to their personal data,
b/ rectify data,
c/ delete or limit data processing
d/ object to data processing and the right to transfer data,
e/ withdraw their consent (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal)
f/ lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) in connection with data processing.

To modify the personal data provided or withdraw consent, the user should send an e-mail to the controller to the e-mail address biuro@zniczplast.pl with a request to change their personal data, indicating at the same time how the change should be made.

Cookies policy:

Cookies should be understood as IT data stored in the user’s end devices, used to save specific settings and data by the user’s web browser in order to use websites. These files make it possible to recognize the user’s device and properly display the website, ensuring maximum comfort during its use. Therefore, storing cookies allows for the proper preparation of the website and the offer in terms of user preferences – the server recognises the user and remembers, among other things the preferences such as: visits, clicks, previous actions.

The controller does not automatically collect any data, except for anonymous data contained in cookies when using the website.

Cookies are not used to identify users and their identity is not established on the basis thereof.

Cookies are intended for the correct use of the website, aimed at supporting the contact form.
